Our Residentials

Year 3

In the summer term, year 3 have a one night residential at Bushcraft. Children stay at ‘The Woods’ (Cornbury Park) living in the wild, sleeping under canvas and cooking over open fires. It is an unforgettable two days where they all form many happy memories.

Year 4

In the summer term, year 4 have a three night residential at Little Canada, Isle of Wight. During their visit children take part in a range of both land-based and water activities including water-skiing, climbing and abseiling, surfing and coastal exploration. The activities promote self-reliance, responsibility and heightened self-esteem. Children come away from the residential feeling more independent and with a lot of amazing stories!

Year 5

In the summer term, year 5 have a four night watersports trip to Rockley Park, Poole. The park has its own private beach where the children are able to sail, windsurf and kayak. This is an adventurous and fun packed week that every child enjoys attending.

Year 6

In the summer term, year 6 travel abroad to Le Chateau de la Baudonniere Normandy, France for a cultural trip. Here they have the opportunity to develop their French language, try different cuisine and experience the French way of life.

Other Trips

We always look for other residential opportunities to extend children’s experiences. In recent years these have included:

2024: Madrid Hockey and Football Tour (year 5 & 6).

2023: Madrid Hockey and Football Tour (year 5 & 6).

2019: Barcelona hockey and rugby Tour (year 5 & 6)

2018: Ski trip to Austria for a Ski Trip (year 5 & 6).

From 2025 you can continue your journey at Wetherby Pembridge, this premium co-educational senior school in the heart of London will welcome pupils from Year 7 to Year 9 bringing together the proven academic excellence of Wetherby and Pembridge Hall.
