ISI and Ofsted Reports
As a member of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS), Chepstow House is regularly inspected by the approved Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). In January 2018, the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted) declared Chepstow House "an outstanding school".
It is a requirement of the Independent Schools Regulation that parents are informed if there have been any complaints at the formal stage. There has been one formal complaint to date.
