Fuelling Excellence with Nutritious Meals
Our students’ wellbeing is of prime importance to us. To sustain them during lessons and daily activities, experienced caterers prepare tasty, balanced meals onsite using fresh ingredients wherever possible, and cultivate healthy eating habits with lifelong benefits.
We carefully select foods rich in vitamins and nutrients to enhance brain activity, prevent sluggishness, and improve memory and concentration. Nutritious break-time snacks, a fresh salad bar and an excellent hot food counter are available to encourage pupils to eat 5 or more portions of fruit and vegetables daily, per government guidelines.
Our offering includes plenty of calcium-rich foods to support bone-building, such as yoghurt, milk, cheese, and various dairy-free options, including dried fruits, broccoli and oily fish. Instead of salt, we use fresh herbs and lemon juice.
