On Wednesday 4th June the Friends of Chepstow House School held a Fine Wine Challenge at the Louise Blouin Foundation. The aim of the event was to raise as much money as possible for our 2013/14 school charity, Duchenne Children’s Trust.
It was a fantastic night and was enjoyed by all. The wines, although hilariously difficult to identify, were all delicious. At the end of the night, two tables tied and were both crowned winners.
The class canvas bids, raffle prizes and auction items reflected the generosity of the CHS parents and helped the total reach a massive £32,000. A big thank you needs to go to everyone who supported the event by attending, bidding and pledging money. The grand total was the largest sum of money raised by the Friends of Chepstow House school for charity to date.
